Pocket Invoice

Create invoices and quotations on your phone and share them as PDF. Works offline, with no account.

Betav0.3.2Android 8 or newerGoogle Play: coming soon

What it does

Invoices

Create, edit, duplicate, mark as paid and share as PDF. Each invoice is Draft, Unpaid, Overdue or Paid. A new document is saved as a draft the moment you preview it, so nothing is lost if you leave.

Quotations

Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined or Expired. When a quotation is accepted, turn it into an invoice in one tap.

Overview

See what is outstanding, what is overdue and what was paid this month, the items that need your attention and your recent activity.

Clients

Keep contact details, see how much each client owes and has been billed, browse their documents, and start a new invoice or quotation for them.

PDFs made on your phone

A4 invoices and quotations with the total highlighted, PAID and ACCEPTED stamps, notes and payment details at the foot, and extra pages for long documents. Invoices are navy and quotations amber. Details you have not filled in are left off the page instead of printed as placeholders. Preview in the app, then share through the Android share sheet.

Saved descriptions

Every item description is remembered with its details and last rate, and suggested as you type. Forget one with the ×, or clear them all in Settings.

Your business details

Business name and logo initials, tax registration number (TRN), bank details, numbering prefixes, default currency, VAT rate, payment terms and how long a quotation is valid. The defaults are AED and 5% VAT, and all of them can be changed.

Light and dark

Follows your phone’s theme.

Planned next: backup and restore of all your data inside the app. No release dates are set.

Permissions and why

PermissionWhy Pocket Invoice needs it
NonePocket Invoice does not ask for any permission. It does not request internet access, and it does not read your contacts, files, location or accounts. You type in your clients yourself.

When you tap Share, Android’s own share sheet sends the PDF to the app you pick, such as email or WhatsApp.

Your data

Stays on your phone

Your business details, clients, invoices and quotations are stored in the app’s private storage on your phone. There is no account and no server, and the app sends nothing anywhere. If Android’s automatic backup is switched on in your phone’s settings, Android may copy the app’s data to your Google account backup.

PDFs go where you send them

A PDF you share belongs to the app you shared it with. Read the full privacy policy for Pocket Invoice.
